I had the chance to accompany and assist Mr. Sidney ‘Siginoot‘ Guansing on Shamsul and Alya’s wedding reception on the auspicious day of 08th August, 2009 recently at Sinar Mustika Hall, Putatan. The setup of the dinner was sensible yet very much appealing for everybody that attended and I can see that the couple was pragmatically jubilant and overjoyed.

These are my favorite shots throughout the 3 days of Maria and Farruq’s wedding day/nikah day on the 17th, then the malam berinai on the 18th and lastly their remarkable reception on the 19th of July respectively. Their wedding/reception was done traditionally. From these images, you can see that Farruq’s family procession into the brides’ house, Maria with her traditional Javanese costume and also a pretty noteworthy pelamin for them to be publicly spectacle each and everyone who attended their function.  There’s tons of images that can make it into the list but I favor these the most.
