KKIP Sepanggar, here we come!

Kroni means Company ..
5th – 7th June, 2009. The date that myself and colleagues dreaded so much. Its the time where we pack all our /furnitures/computers/etc and move up to our office building located about 40 minutes from KK in KKIP industrial area.
This shall be a challenge for all of us staff, living in various parts of KK, Penampang and some even from Papar – just to get to work on time! I am really dissapointed with the management’s decision to move up to KKIP, but heck, I can’t do anything about it. No one can .. Why would I be dissapointed? You still need to work right? Yes I do need this job, but initially my intention is to work around KK and NOT in KKIP, Sepanggar.
The company does care actually, the matter of fact, but then, it all sums up to a great deal for the staff in the end. They’ve agreed to get a chartered bus for staff, kinda like Bas Kilang lah .. But then, have they tought about the workload of some of these staff? Some might need to work overtime just to finish work. Then what? Ask the chartered bus to wait for these staff whose doing OT? The other staff also affected lah in this case .. Not only that la, I pity a pregnant lady living in Papar spending almost 1 1/2 hours on the road just to get to work. She has to take the bus from Papar to KK, then to Sepanggar from there onwards. Oh, she needs to walk over to Padang Bandaran to get to the chartered bus to KKIP.
I understand that the company is trying to save cost on almost anything especially the rental of our existing office. Everybody does but to the extent of depriving staff of their own rights to save cost? What I mean is that, the company is saving cost but they never think about their staff. Those who’s going to drive up there especially those without fuel allowance, what – going to fork out fuel money from their own pocket??? Mcm saya la tuh and a few more .. hehehe
Well, these kind of things happen .. and when it does, its the staff who suffers to most, not the direct supervisor, not the big bosses nor the management.
Note: I’ve placed a comment for the attached image actually but i cant seem to find it anywhere here .. haha I previously mentioned that based on economists research and findings, it is inevitable that approx 1 mil people would lose their job within the next coming 2 years during this economic crisis ..
